Based on the Bahamon & Cruzado (2003) 1DV numerical model, an improved version of the model representing the conditions in the water column at the station OOCS has been implemented.

The vertical variations of seawater temperature and salinity for the upper 200 m depth are simulated, forced by density-dependent turbulent diffusion parameterization.

Further implementations of the biological components will be available in near future.
